Julie Raasch

Julie Raasch started their work experience in 2001 as a Labor Delivery Mom Baby Nurse at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Julie then worked as a Utilization Review Nurse at Encompass Health from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2010, they were a Maternal Health Care Manager at Encompass Healthcare. Julie also served as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner at Polk County Crisis and Advocacy Services from 2006 to 2008. In 2010, they became a Nurse Care Manager at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield until 2013. Julie then worked in Case Management at Telligen Inc from 2013 to 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they held several roles at Primary Health Care, Inc (PHC), including Associate Operations Director, Clinical Operations Director, and Chief Quality Officer.

Julie Raasch has a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Truman State University, which they completed between 1998 and 2001. Julie later pursued a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Iowa College of Public Health from 2018 to 2020. Julie also holds a State of Iowa RN License issued by the State of Iowa Board of Nursing.
