Hannah O'Leary

Hannah O'Leary, MPH, CHES, currently serves as the Manager of Population Health and previously held the position of Sr. Health Educator at Partnership HealthPlan of California since June 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Public Health Research Intern at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities encompassed drafting a strategic plan for a youth empowerment program and teaching public health intervention concepts to community college students.
