David Fisk

David Fisk has had an extensive and varied work experience in the medical field. David is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at The Public Health Company, where they are involved in the development of a global biosecurity platform. Prior to this role, they held several positions at Cottage Health, including Attending Physician, Medical Director-Infection Prevention and Control, Medical Staff at Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital, and Medical Director-Antibiotic Stewardship. David also worked as a Staff Physician specializing in Infectious Diseases at Sansum Clinic. Furthermore, they served as a Clinical Assistant Professor Of Medicine at the University of Southern California and a Medical Staff member at both the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center and Froedtert Health. David held the role of Assistant Professor Of Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed a Fellowship at Michigan Medicine. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Resident Doctor at the University of Michigan and served as the Head Program Director-Medical Services at Madison House.

David Fisk completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies at the University of Virginia from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at Goucher College from 1991 to 1992. Finally, they attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) in the field of Medicine.
