Michelle Nolan

Michelle Nolan is an accomplished epidemiologist and public health expert currently serving as the Director of Applied Science and Innovation and Principal Epidemiologist at PHC Global since January 2022. With extensive experience in leading epidemiological research, Michelle has a strong background in substance use epidemiology from a previous role as Senior Epidemiologist at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where notable contributions included developing surveillance systems and mentoring junior staff. Michelle holds a PhD in Epidemiology from Columbia University and an MPH in Epidemiology, along with a BA in Political Science from Colgate University.
