Patrick Tillman

Patrick Tillman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and public service. Currently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing at PHD Laboratories since October 2023, Patrick is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through medical laboratory testing services. As a Guilford County Commissioner for District 3 since 2022 and a former Board of Education member, Patrick has actively contributed to educational initiatives, including the launch of Career Academies and securing funding for Career Technical Education. Patrick’s background also includes military service as a Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marines, along with various leadership roles in the private sector, demonstrating a strong commitment to community and business development. Patrick holds a B.S. in Political Science/Communications from Appalachian State University and a Master’s in Management from Troy University.
