Kamlesh Andhare

Kamlesh Andhare has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology. Kamlesh is currently serving as the Director of Cyber Security Strategy, Engineering, and Operations at PHEAA since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the PA Turnpike Commission as an Information Security Program Manager from June 2017 to June 2022. Before that, they were employed at Highmark Inc. as a Sr. Manager - Information Security from October 2014 to May 2017. Kamlesh also has experience working at Deloitte, where they held the roles of Delivery Manager - Information Security from June 2009 to October 2014 and Senior Application Architect from June 2005 to June 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Lead Software Developer at Deloitte through Probys from September 2000 to June 2006, where they gained hands-on experience in the development of complex, large-scale Microsoft technology-based web applications.

Kamlesh Andhare holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
