Matthew Leece

Matthew Leece has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1995 as the Owner and Lead Developer at Monarch Publishing Systems. Matthew then worked at Hibu from 1998 to 2013, holding various roles such as Senior Developer and Senior Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Director of Operations at Upperline Media. Following this, they joined DexYP as the Senior Manager of Release Management and later became the Senior Manager of Project Portfolio from 2015 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been working as the Director of DevOps at PHEAA.

Matthew Leece attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1989 to 1993, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile Inc.
