Timothy Cummings

Timothy Cummings has extensive experience in client contract management and federal contracts, having worked at PHEAA since July 2012 in various managerial and coordinator roles. Previous positions include admissions roles at ITT Technical Institute and the Department of Labor Job Corps, as well as a sales agent position at Sterling Life Insurance. Timothy began a career in supervision at the Children's Home of, where service spanned from July 2003 to July 2008. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a major in English from Penn State University, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
