Sheri Hardesty

Sheri Hardesty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management and strategic leadership. As the Owner and Managing Partner at Phenix Salon Suites Franchising since December 2016, Hardesty empowers salon professionals to transition into business ownership. Previously, Hardesty served as Vice President of the Global Fleet Center of Excellence at JLL, leading a fleet management program for the Procter & Gamble account across 48 countries, focusing on operational excellence and financial savings. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Mike Albert Fleet Solutions, where Hardesty was involved in organizational strategy and development while managing critical functions such as marketing, sales administration, and quality assurance. Hardesty holds an MBA in International Business from Xavier University.
