Tim West is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in innovative food production and sustainability. As the Founder and CEO of True West Ventures since 2016, Tim has led numerous initiatives, including the design of 66 Learning Journeys and the identification of 92 emerging technologies. In current roles as a Senior Commercialization Advisor at DARPA and a Director at Sundial Foundation, Tim focuses on advancing food technologies and addressing social challenges through strategic partnerships. Additionally, Tim serves as a Global Ambassador for the Future Food Institute, fostering a global network of food innovators, and provides advisory support to various organizations committed to environmental and food sustainability. Tim's educational background includes degrees from The Culinary Institute of America and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a focus on culinary arts and sustainable food systems.
