Chad Stieglitz

Chad Stieglitz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chad started their career as a Technology Recruiter at MISource in 2010 and then moved on to work as a Sr. Recruiter at ITT Tech from 2011 to 2012. Chad joined Atrium in 2013 and held the role of Director of Recruitment until 2015. From 2016 to 2019, Chad worked as a Senior Product Manager at Atrium, where they were responsible for designing and implementing HR technologies and workforce management solutions. In 2019, they founded their own company called Gig Market, where they served as the Founder until 2020. Currently, Chad is working at Phenom as a Product Manager, holding positions such as Lead Product Manager and Director of Product Management. In their current role, they have centralized product configuration, enabled self-service onboarding, and automated provisioning for clients. Overall, Chad has demonstrated expertise in product management, recruitment, and technology implementation throughout their career.

Chad Stieglitz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs & Economics from Florida State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Chad has also acquired additional certifications in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from The Johns Hopkins University and as a Phenom Certified Power User, from Phenom.
