Greg Chandler

Greg Chandler has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Greg currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Phenom, where they oversee the sourcing and matching of candidates to further the organization's vision. Prior to Phenom, Greg worked as the Senior Manager of Executive Recruitment (Global) at Chartwell Retirement Residences, where they played a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent. Before that, Greg held several positions at Canadian Tire Corporation, including Manager of Talent Acquisition, Senior Consultant of Senior Leader Talent Acquisition, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Recruitment Specialist. In these roles, they led teams, developed recruitment strategies, and successfully sourced and hired professionals for various departments within the organization. Greg's work experience also includes a Human Resources Co-op role.

Greg Chandler obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they earned a Specialization Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from York University in 2008-2012. In addition, they received the Social Talent Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in January 2016.
