Pradeep Kumar

Pradeep Kumar has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Global Logic. Pradeep then worked at Ivy Comptech from 2008 to 2014, taking on the role of System Analyst. In 2014, Pradeep joined Kony, Inc. as a Technical Lead, staying there until 2015. From 2015 onwards, they have been associated with Phenom People, where they first served as a Technical Lead and later became a Product Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Phenom People as of July 2020, with no specified end date.

From 2002 to 2006, Pradeep Kumar attended the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
