Tim Bachman

Tim Bachman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tim started their career at McKesson in 2000, where they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning for seven years. In 2007, they founded Nazdravi LLC and held the position of Founder until 2016. Tim then joined AstraZeneca as the Global Head of Commercial Talent Acquisition from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Tim is working at Phenom, where they initially served as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Customer Advocacy Office from April 2019 to November 2021. Tim is currently the Global Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Phenom, a position they have held since November 2021.
