Terry Bettencourt

Terry brings his dynamic and passionate HR Leadership style to PhenoTips as the Head of Human Resources. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in Human Resources built at companies such as Xerox Canada Inc, and Uni-Select. Terry has proven successful in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. He believes that HR is a powerful partner to the business and looks for ways every day to strengthen this relationship. Terry possesses experience in several aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, employee training, leadership development, merger and acquisitions, HR consulting, benefits, and payroll. He has a track record of coaching in the areas of transformational leadership, team communication, team building, and change management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology as well as HR and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
