Pallavi Goswamy

Pallavi Goswamy has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Pallavi began their career in 2003 as a Senior Team Manager at Firstsource, a leading Business Process Management (BPM) company, where they managed a team of 75-100 people. In 2007, they joined Citi as Manager of Investment Banking Research. In 2008, they became Head of Planning and Strategy at a US-based search firm. In 2009, they joined Indusion Consulting as Principal Consultant, a boutique executive search firm specializing in middle and senior level hires in the BFSI and Corporate Space. In 2015, they became AVP of Talent Acquisition and HR at SG Analytics (SGA), an ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified KPO. In 2019, they were promoted to AVP of Human Resources at Avyay - The Real Estate Solution. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head HR at Phi Commerce Private Limited.

Pallavi Goswamy completed their Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM) from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2004. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai in 1998.
