Michael van der Meer

Michael van der Meer is a Strategic Consultant specializing in Innovation and Supply Chain Collaboration at PHI Factory since February 2020. In this role, Michael leads the PHI Behaviour team, focusing on promoting sustainable behavior within organizations through various tools such as the PHI Accelerator and the SDG Ecosystem. Prior to this, Michael worked at Sodexo for nearly a decade, serving as Innovation Manager Benelux, where Michael developed an innovation ecosystem and managed facility management projects. Additional roles at Sodexo included Agile/Scrum Coach, Process Manager, and temporary Team Manager for the Servicedesk. Michael’s career began at KPN as a Service Bureau staff member, and earlier experience includes an internship at FloraHolland. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
