Ben Phi

Ben Phi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in class actions and group litigation. Currently serving as Managing Director at Phi Finney McDonald since July 2017, Ben previously held significant positions at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, including Head of Class Actions and Group Litigation for both Australia and the UK from August 2016 to April 2017, and National Practice Group Leader - Class Actions from March 2003 to July 2016. Ben Phi holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from The Australian National University. Additionally, Ben completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
