Benjamin Malan

Benjamin MALAN, EMBA, is currently serving as the APAC Regional Head of Sophis at Phi Partners since September 2023. Previously, from July 2012 to September 2023, Benjamin held the position of Director and Head of APAC Customer Support at Finastra, where responsibilities included overseeing customer issue resolution and service delivery standards. Benjamin's experience also encompasses roles such as Customer Success Manager, Co-Owner of Playback Ltd., and various positions at Sophis Asia Ltd., where efforts led to significant revenue growth through technology consulting and customer support. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MBA from MBS School of Business, and multiple degrees in computer science and management from esteemed institutions.
