Deana Marte

Deana Marte has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and HRIS Process and Systems Manager at Phibro Animal Health since February 2022. Prior to this role, Deana held positions as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist at the City of Jersey City from April 2019 to February 2022. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HRIS Coordinator at Teachers College, Columbia University from June 2016 to March 2019, and as an HR Coordinator at FAB NY for a brief period in early 2016. Deana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from New Jersey City University.
