Vice President, Human Resources For South America Region at Phibro Animal Health

Katia Bortoluzzi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Katia began their career in 1987 as an Analyst of Human Resources at Alpargatas/IBM/Uniroyal and held that position until 1995. Katia then moved to Alcon/Uniroyal as a Senior Human Resources Analyst from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they joined Monsanto as a Human Resources Manager in 1998, where they stayed until 2012. At Monsanto, they gained significant experience in HR management. In 2012, they joined PepsiCo as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, specializing in Latin America. Katia held various roles within PepsiCo, including overseeing seven manufacturing plants and leading strategic workforce planning. In 2018, they transitioned to Phibro Animal Health, where they initially served as the Human Resources Director for the South America Region. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources for the South America Region at Phibro Animal Health.

Katia Bortoluzzi's education history includes completing an MBA in Human Resources from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração in 2011-2012. Katia also obtained an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1998-1999. For their undergraduate degree, they pursued a Graduação in Economics from Universidade São Judas Tadeu between 1989 and 1993. In addition, Katia attended Suffolk University in 2014 for an International Seminar on Career Studies, specifically focusing on Human Resources Management.
