Ashton McCombs

Ashton McCombs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Since 2004, McCombs has served as President and CEO of Phigenics, contributing to the company's growth and success. In addition, McCombs co-founded and chairs the board of SLS Community: Supporting Lifelong Success since 2016. Previous experience includes several positions at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, from 1983 to 2005, where McCombs progressed through roles such as General Manager for Environmental Hygiene Services and Watergy, as well as other management and sales positions. McCombs holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and has completed executive management programs at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, UCLA, and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, along with a management course at Phillip Crosby College.
