Michelle LaFranca

Michelle LaFranca has a diverse work experience history. Michelle started their career in 2016 as a Learn to Skate Camp Counselor at the University of Delaware Ice Arena, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they also served as a Summer Skating School Daytime Resident Assistant in 2019. In 2019, Michelle joined Adrian College as an Athletic Communications Office Intern and a Writing Center Tutor, positions they held until 2021. In 2020, they interned at Dover Motorsports Inc. as part of their professional development. In 2021, Michelle worked as a Social Media and Marketing Intern for Brand Ambassador Select and as a Blog Contributor for Select Podcast Guests. Michelle also gained experience at the Philadelphia Union, starting as an Inside Sales Representative from June to September 2021. Michelle then transitioned to an Account Executive in Group Sales from September 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Michelle holds the role of Coordinator in Partnership Marketing at the Philadelphia Union.

Michelle LaFranca attended Newark High School from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Michelle then pursued further education at Adrian College from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Sports Management.
