Ashlee Phillips B.H.S, CBSC

Ashlee Phillips has a work experience that spans several years in various positions. Ashlee started their career in 2009 at DSW as an Assistant Merchandising Manager until March 2020. Ashlee then joined EDSI in March 2020 as a Business Services Representative and later became a Business Services Supervisor until July 2023. Currently, they are working at Philadelphia Works, Inc. as a Manager of Workforce Partnerships. In this role, they manage and implements contracts and projects related to grants and initiatives of workforce partnerships and other employment initiatives in the southeast PA region. Ashlee also builds and maintains strong working relationships with community, government, and employer partnerships.

Ashlee Phillips earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Howard University, where they studied Health Sciences from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a certification in Basic Spanish 1: Getting Started from edX in October 2020.
