Adrian Shooter has a diverse background in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Chief People & Culture Officer for Philip Morris International, overseeing the UK, Ireland, and Global Functions Hub, along with previous roles as Chief Talent, Leadership & Learning Officer and VP of Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility. Prior experience includes serving as HR Executive - Chief Talent/DE&I Officer at Co-op, Global Talent Management & Mobility Director at Barclays Bank, and Head of People Integration & Change at Enterprise Plc. Additionally, Adrian has held an interim position as Global Strategic Resourcing & Talent Manager at Vodafone. Adrian Shooter holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Liverpool and is pursuing further education at IMD from 2024 to 2025.
