Mohamed Hannoune

Mohamed Hannoune is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in managing procurement functions across various roles. Currently serving as the Manager of IMS Procurement for the Maghreb Cluster at Philip Morris International since February 2017, Mohamed has demonstrated expertise in deploying new procurement organizations, team management, and developing business partnerships to drive efficiency and growth in emerging markets. Previous roles include Senior Procurement Specialist and Senior Procurement Executive, where responsibilities encompassed procurement expertise, business transformation, project management, and implementing procurement policies across the Maghreb region. Prior to joining Philip Morris International, Mohamed worked as a Procurement Expert at MVP Performance Achat, focusing on multi-category cost optimization, and as an Internal Control Procurement function evaluator at Accor. Mohamed holds a Master's degree in audit, management control, and accounting from Groupe ISCAE, and completed preparatory classes in mathematics.
