Pooja Prusty is a seasoned strategy manager with extensive experience in procurement, operational transformation, and organizational design, currently serving at Philip Morris International since May 2022. Prior roles include Senior Strategy Lead at Philip Morris, Entrepreneur In Residence at Urban Company, and Senior Associate at Strategy&, where Pooja developed procurement strategies for a major telco and led teams to create integrated sales relationships with key OEMs. Previous experience also includes significant contributions at Deloitte India, where Pooja improved scheduling efficiencies and communication effectiveness in the healthcare sector.
