Gerald Whitcomb

Gerald Whitcomb is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law, litigation management, and ethics/compliance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Philips since November 2004, Whitcomb provides expertise in employment advice, litigation management, and commercial/products litigation. Previous roles include Of Counsel at Keesal, Young & Logan, Legal Consultant for FleetBoston Financial, and Associate General Counsel at Robertson Stephens, where employment and regulatory litigation were primary focuses.
