Heidi Sichien

Heidi Sichien is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Philips, Heidi oversees the International Region and Services as well as HRO for Business Clusters. Prior to this role, Heidi worked at DuPont, holding positions such as Business HR Manager for Sourcing & Logistics and S&OP Leader. Earlier in Heidi's career, a role as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young was held. Heidi holds a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997, and has also pursued education at the University of Michigan.
