Keith Brighton

Keith Brighton currently serves as Vice President of Services and Solutions Delivery Growth Region at Philips, overseeing the Field, Remote, and Professional Services organization across multiple regions including APAC, CEE, India, Japan, LATAM, and META, while managing the Services P&L. Prior to this role, Keith held several key positions at Dell Technologies, including Vice President - Head of Services & Commercial Operations - APAC, and Senior Director of Dell EMC Infrastructure Solution Support APJC, leading large teams and managing extensive customer success initiatives. Keith began a career at EMC, where accomplishments included handling global services transformation and managing service operations in the UK and Ireland. Keith's experience also extends to TeleTech, where early contributions helped establish a successful operations framework. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Sussex.
