Matthew Albers

Matthew Albers, MBA-HCM, CHCIO, CDH-E, currently serves as the Head of Innovation Partnerships and the Head of Strategy Innovation Excellence at Philips since November 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of AVP Digital Experience at Cook Children's Health Care System from March 2020 to November 2023, where a digital strategy was developed, leading to significant improvements in patient engagement metrics. Matthew co-founded Southwest Performing Arts and Starz in Motion Dance School, which was sold in 2020. Other notable roles include Leader of Digital Strategy and Delivery at CommonSpirit Health and Senior Director of Client Success at Dignity Health prior to the merger that formed CommonSpirit. Early career experiences include leadership in digital solutions at Syapse, Avizia, and Emerge.MD, alongside successful revenue growth and project management implementations. Matthew holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
