Arthur Sequeira

Arthur Sequeira has extensive experience in marine operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Marine Operations at Phillips 66 since May 2012, where responsibilities include oversight of vetting and audit processes in the Americas. Prior to this role, Arthur held various positions at ConocoPhillips from July 2008 to May 2012, focusing on commercial marine operations and vessel inspections. Previous experience includes roles at Teekay Shipping, OMI Corp., and ExxonMobil, accumulating significant expertise in marine management and compliance. Arthur holds a Class 1 Master Mariner degree in Nautical Science from Blackpool and The Fylde College and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from St. Xavier's College.
