Doug Black

Doug Black is a seasoned professional in industrial control systems and cybersecurity, currently serving as Director of ICS Network Support & Cybersecurity at Phillips 66 since May 2004. Over the years, Doug has held various roles, including Industrial Control Systems Supervisor and Control Systems Superintendent, where responsibilities include budget management, lifecycle planning, and cybersecurity oversight. Doug's earlier experience includes roles at TEKsystems and Interactive Business Systems, with foundational work in network support and field operations starting from their service in the US Army as a Microwave Systems Operator-Maintainer. Doug holds a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Industrial Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Support Specialist - Networking from Brazosport College.
