Dustin R. Graumenz

Dustin R. Graumenz, MBA, PMP, is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Phillips 66 since August 2014. Previously, Dustin held various positions within Phillips 66, including Planning & Scheduling Superintendent and Lead Turnaround Coordinator. Prior to joining Phillips 66, Dustin worked at ConocoPhillips from May 2008 to August 2014, contributing to significant projects such as the $3.6 billion Coker and Refinery Expansion Project in roles such as Construction Planner and Project Controls Cost Analyst. Dustin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
