Marcia Greenblatt

Marcia Greenblatt is an experienced legal professional specializing in energy trading and commodities. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Phillips 66 since June 2012, Marcia oversees trading matters for clean and heavy oil products and natural gas liquids. Prior roles include Director at Societe Generale Energy Corp., where Marcia managed legal aspects of the business’s startup and liquidation following its acquisition of Sempra Energy Trading's physical commodity platform, and Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Sempra Energy Trading, responsible for daily energy commodity transactions. Additional experience includes senior attorney positions at Duke Energy Trading and Marketing and Louis Dreyfus, as well as an associate role at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Marcia holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in History and Voice from Oberlin College.
