Barbara Phillips

Barbara Phillips has extensive experience in management and training, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Learning Dynamics since June 2001, where Barbara consults with a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies. In addition to this role, Phillips is the Principal at Phillips Associates since July 2012. Previous positions include Board Member at United Way of Western Connecticut from May 2007 to June 2011, consultant at United Way of Western Connecticut from 2005 to 2009, and First Vice President and Director of HR at People's Bank from 1996 to 2000. Barbara Phillips holds an M.A. in Education from Columbia University and a B.S. in Education from Skidmore College.
