Ken Phillips

Ken Phillips has a background in leadership and education. Ken started their career as the CEO of Phillips Associates in 1980 and held this role until present. In 1972, they served as the Director for the National Merit Scholarship Corporation until 1977. In 2008, they became the Past President Chicagoland chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and was also a committee member for the National Advisors for Chapters (NAC) from 2009 to 2011. Furthermore, from 2012 to 2016, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Roosevelt University.

Ken Phillips holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business Administration from Cornell College. Ken also pursued advanced studies in Organizational Behavior at Northwestern University, where they reached All But Dissertation (ABD) status. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to learning and performance, including the Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification, the Test Design and Deliver Certificate, the Measuring and Evaluating Learning Certificate, and the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation. These certifications were obtained from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
