Brad Farris has a diverse work experience in data science, business intelligence, analytics, and risk management. Brad is currently serving as the Associate Vice President - Data Science at Phillips Edison & Company, where they specialize in applying machine learning methodologies to measure and forecast real estate quality. Prior to this, Brad worked as an Independent Consultant, assisting businesses with business intelligence, advanced modeling, and data management projects. Brad also served as the Global Real Estate Analytics Manager at GE Global Operations, where they developed a real estate costing model and led the transformation of data into actionable insights. At Deloitte, Brad worked as the Enterprise Risk Services Manager, providing consultation on regulatory requirements for financial institutions. Brad also worked as a Senior Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, contributing to the development of a nationwide enterprise risk management supervisory program. Earlier in their career, Brad held roles at BB&T, First Tennessee Bank, and BBVA Compass, where they led various projects related to risk analytics, model validation, and credit risk management.

Brad Farris has a B.S. in Statistics from Virginia Tech and completed a Master's program (incomplete) in Mathematics at Wichita State University. Brad also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from Compass Bank.
