Emily LeFevre has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Emily started their career at Bank of America as a recruiting coordinator and performance improvement analyst. Emily then moved to Fifth Third Bank, where they held various roles including university relations manager, human resources business partner, and finance & accounting leadership program manager. In 2013, they joined Phillips Edison & Company as a talent acquisition manager and worked their way up to become the vice president of human resources.
Emily LeFevre has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Emily also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Miami University. Additionally, Emily has obtained certifications in Everything DiSC Workplace from Wiley Education Services in 2020 and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2016.
