K.C. Bills has a wide range of work experience in various companies. Starting in 2005, they worked at Flagship Financial as an Associate until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Amsource Companies as a Project Manager. In 2012, they briefly worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate. Moving on, from 2013 to 2017, they held the role of Vice President - Investment and Development at Trammell Crow Company. Finally, since 2017, they have been working as a Vice President - Development at Phillips Edison & Company.

K.C. Bills holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Brigham Young University.
