Philip Macken

Philip Macken is a Special Counsel at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick since November 2022. Prior to this, Philip was a Principal at Brand Haven for five years, specializing in brand protection. Philip has extensive experience as a Partner at Halfords IP and Allens Arthur Robinson Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys, focusing on patent and trade mark law. Philip obtained a BSc./LLB degree from UNSW and attended St Ignatius College, Riverview and Waverley College for their early education.
