Valerie Pitts

Valerie Pitts is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Phillips Precision Medicraft since November 2022, Valerie previously held the position of VP of HR at Tribus Companies. As the HR Consultant and Owner of CHR & ASSOCIATES, LLC since July 2013, Valerie has managed all aspects of Human Resource responsibilities for multiple clients. Additionally, Valerie worked as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Eva's Village from December 2019 to November 2022, following a decade of consulting for the organization. Valerie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Montclair State University and an HR Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
