Olana Khan

Olana Khan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Olana is currently working as the Associate Head of School at Phillips Brooks School, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Head of School for Advancement and Strategy at the same institution from March 2018 to May 2022.

Before joining Phillips Brooks School, Olana founded and led Esan Partners starting in 2012. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at ProFounder from March 2010 to June 2012.

Olana's earlier career includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Kiva.org from April 2006 to February 2008. Before joining Kiva.org, they held a leadership position at Google as the Global Sales Professional Services Head from 2000 to 2006.

Furthermore, Olana has experience in the advertising industry, having worked as an Advertising Sales Executive at AOL and Netscape Communications in 1998, as well as an Advertising Sales Associate at The Economist from 1997 to 1998.

Olana Khan's education history begins in 1993 when they attended the University of Michigan. Olana pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Asian Studies and completed an Honors Program. After graduating in 1997, they took a gap in their education and did not pursue any further degrees until 2010.

In 2010, Olana Khan attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they completed a Continuing Education program in Human Resources Management and Services. The following year, in 2012, they obtained a certification in Executive Coaching from the Executive Coaching Institute at the University of California, Berkeley.
