Stephanie Hall- Koester

Stephanie Hall-Koester is an experienced educator with a focus on early childhood education, currently serving as a Preschool Lead Teacher at Phillips Brooks School since August 2014. Stephanie has a strong background in classroom management, curriculum development tailored to student needs, and effective parent communication through daily blog posts. Previous experience includes consulting for a startup to implement diverse learning programs and serving as a Kindergarten Teacher/Site Supervisor at Notre Dame de Namur University. Stephanie also has expertise as a SEL specialist and language teacher, and has contributed to the social and emotional growth of students. Academic credentials include a Certificate in Early Childhood Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education and additional early childhood administration training from UCLA Extension.
