Staci Horne

Staci Horne is an experienced administrator with a background in education and technology. Staci has held various roles within the Phillipsburg School District, including Business Administrator, Director of Planning, Research, and Evaluation, and Administrator of Technology. Prior to that, Staci served as an Assistant Principal and Biology Teacher at Phillipsburg High School. Staci holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master's degree in Technology from Wilkes University. Staci also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology Education from Penn State University.
