Felix Korostin

Felix Korostin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and financial leadership. As a Partner at JM Search since February 2018, Felix leads the Technology, Chief Financial Officer, and Finance Leadership Practice. Additionally, as a Principal and Mentor at Philly Startup Leaders, Felix supports early-stage startups through the Founded In Philly accelerator program. Prior to these roles, Felix held senior positions at Radial Inc. as Sr. Director of Corporate Development & Strategy, Towers Watson as Director of Corporate Development, and eBay Enterprise as Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Strategy. Felix's earlier experience includes roles in strategy and development at Comcast Interactive Media and Versa Capital Management, as well as investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Felix holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Drexel University and has completed executive education at Wharton UPenn.
