Heidi Guest

Heidi Guest has had a diverse range of work experiences. Heidi served as a Senior Director at philosophy, where they specialized in on-air media and leadership development. Heidi also held the position of Senior Director of Education at the same company. Before working at philosophy, Heidi founded their own company called The Guest Experience, LLC. Prior to that, they served on the Advisory Board of Liam's Room, a nonprofit organization that supports families with children diagnosed with chronic illnesses. Heidi's longest tenure was at ESTEE LAUDER Companies, where they held the position of Vice President of Clinique Education for North America. In this role, they led a global team and was responsible for developing education strategies, talent identification and retention, and implementing brand strategies for Clinique.

Heidi Guest attended the University of California, Davis from 1979 to 1983. During this period, they pursued a degree in Rhetoric, with a focus on Business, Organizational Communication, and Textiles.
