Gilbert Maestas is an experienced hospitality and management professional with a diverse background in restaurant and bar operations. Currently serving as the Restaurant and Bar Manager at Phil's BBQ since April 2019, Gilbert has also held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Premier Food Service/Del Mar Thoroughbred Club since June 2017, overseeing multiple outlets and managing inventory and financials.
