Dr. Andreas Rickert

Dr. Andreas M. Rickert is a highly experienced professional in the fields of climate technology and impact investment, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of PHINEO gAG since April 2010, and as CEO of Rickert impACTion GmbH since March 2024. Dr. Rickert holds a position as Co-CEO at NIXDORF Kapital AG and serves on the Supervisory Boards of Zukunft – Umwelt – Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH and Alfons & alfreda. Additional roles include Supervisory Board member at Plenum Investments AG, Venture Partner at World Fund, and Climate Tech Investor and Advisory Board Member at Extantia. Dr. Rickert is also an Advisory Board Member for Marvelous - Deeptech Fund and 4P CAPITAL. Academically, Dr. Rickert earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Max-Planck-Institute for Plant Breeding and holds a Diploma in Biology from The University of Bonn, along with additional studies at prestigious institutions including Stanford University and the University of California, Davis.
