John Lipinski

John Lipinski is an experienced executive in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for Europe at PHINIA since April 2023. Prior to this role, John held various senior positions at BorgWarner from October 2020 to July 2023, including Vice President of Global Manufacturing Engineering & Operations, as well as Senior Director of Global Manufacturing Engineering & Operations for BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems. John’s career at Delphi Technologies spanned from January 2018 to October 2021, where roles included Global Operations Senior Director and EMEA Operations Director for Electrification & Electronics. John also served in multiple capacities at Delphi from 2008 to 2017, focusing on production control and logistics. John holds a degree from Purdue University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
